Our Customer Protection Program guarantees hassle-free returns and refunds on products that fail to meet our customer’s expectations. We ensure that the payments are released to the seller only once the product is delivered to our customer, without any issues. We take the utmost care to satisfy all our customers’ needs and aim at establishing a long-lasting relationship with our client.

What is GoRusticx’s Return Policy?

Our "100% Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • Products that do not adhere to basic quality standards, colors or design
  • Products that are delivered to you in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition
  • Products not following the images/ descriptions given on the website
    Please Note: The products being returned must be in their original condition along with the original bills and labels. Please ensure that you register your complaints regarding the products within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained.
    Note: Items that fall under the categories listed below CANNOT be returned:
    • Consumables like food, bath & beauty products etc.
    • Large Items like statues, furniture items, wall paintings etc.
    • Custom-made products like clothing, accessories etc.

How can one raise a dispute regarding a product?

Please wait for a period of 3 Working Days for the supplier to respond to your issues. If you are not satisfied by the response from the supplier, you can write to us at  service@gorusticx.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

  • By sending an email to service@gorusticx.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of receiving it. Please mention your order details in your email. (Note: Photos of the defective product is required for us to defend your arguments with the respective supplier and claim replacement.)
  • Sign into your registered account on www.gorusticx.com , if you are a registered customer. (Faster Process)

  • Select the order you wish to replace/ return and follow this simple process:

    1. Click on “Request Replacement/ Return” Tab
    2. Please enter the details of your bank account, in case of Cash On Delivery Order
    3. Please mention the reason for return by clicking “Reason for Return”
    4. Click on "Submit Request" to register your claim

    In the event that your pincode is not serviceable, we request you to ship the product to us by:

    1. Click on “Self Ship” Tab
    2. Add your bank details in case of Cash On Delivery Order.
    3. Please mention the reason for return by clicking “Reason for Return”
    4. Click on "Submit Request" to register your request

    If you are not registered of www.gorusticx.com, you can send an email with your order details to service@gorusticx.com along with images of broken/defective/damaged products. What should be done if Seller is not responding to the dispute?

Please wait for a period of 3 Working Days for the supplier to respond to your issues. If you are not satisfied by the response from the supplier, you can write to us at  service@gorusticx.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

Who will pay for the delivery while returning products?

In cases where we request you to ship to the product to us, GoRusticx will pay Rs.100 to you against shipping charges. Please ensure that you package the product properly in order to prevent any transit damage.

In case of return of products, GoRusticx will refund the amount you paid while placing the order, in addition to the Rs. 100 back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 3-5 working days of refund. You will also have the option of getting redeemable vouchers worth the refund amount for future purchases on GoRusticx.com instead.

When will I be refunded?

Reverse Pickup Orders:

  • As soon as the item is picked up by our courier team, we will initiate the fund transfer. In the case of Cash On Delivery Orders, we will refund your amount once the item is picked up by our courier partners.

Self-Shipped Orders:

  • For the Self-Shipped orders, we will refund your amount once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or once the online tracking confirms the delivery to the seller’s address. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund.

How are items packaged?

All items are packed with proper care and precautions to prevent any kind of damage during transit.

What are the shipping charges?

Most of the products you purchase on GorRusticx will be shipped to you free of cost. However some products may be charged for delivery depending on the nature of the product and the location of delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

GoRusticx will deliver the products within 7 working days from the date you place the order.

How will the delivery be done?

  • GoRusticx has its own delivery network to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by us.

Does GoRusticx deliver internationally?

At present, no. But providing these products in the international market lies ahead in our pipeline. We are in the process of partnering with some of the leading logistics companies to make this happen.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All GoRusticx items are couriered with a Tracking ID for your order. You can track your order by login into your GoRusticx account.

We will also email you the tracking details after your order is dispatched.

Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?

Customs Duty and additional taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the customers according to the laws of the land.
