What is GoRusticx’s Return Policy?

Our "100% Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • Products that do not adhere to basic quality standards, colors or design
  • Products that are delivered to you in "Damaged/ Defective/ Broken" condition
  • Products not following the images/ descriptions given on the website

  • Please Note: The products being returned must be in their original condition along with the original bills and labels. Please ensure that you register your complaints regarding the products within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

    Note: Items that fall under the categories listed below CANNOT be returned:

  • Consumables like food & beverages, bath & beauty products etc.
  • Large Items like statues, furniture items, wall paintings etc..
  • Custom-made products like clothing, accessories etc.

How can one raise a dispute regarding a product?

In such a situation that you are not satisfied with our product, you may contact us within 7 day using the channels mentioned below:

  • By sending an email to service@gorusticx.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of receiving it. Please mention your order details in the email.
    (Note: Photos of the defective product is required for us to defend your arguments with the respective supplier and claim replacement.)
  • Sign into your registered account on www.gorusticx.com, if you are a registered customer. (Faster Process)

What happens after a dispute is raised?

Reverse Pickup Orders:

Once GoRusticx reviews and clears your return request, we will arrange for the pickup of the product from your doorstep within 4-7 working days.

Self-Shipped Orders:

After your return request is reviewed by GoRusticx, you will receive an email containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product to, within a period of 10 days. It is recommended that you use an online traceable courier service for sending back your items.

What should be done if Seller is not responding to the dispute?

Please wait for a period of 3 Working Days for the supplier to respond to your issues. If you are not satisfied by the response from the supplier, you can write to us at  service@gorusticx.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

Who will pay for the delivery while returning products?

In cases where we request you to ship to the product to us, GoRusticx will pay Rs.100 to you against shipping charges. Please ensure that you package the product properly in order to prevent any transit damage.

In case of return of products, GoRusticx will refund the amount you paid while placing the order, in addition to the Rs. 100 back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 3-5 working days of refund. You will also have the option of getting redeemable vouchers worth the refund amount for future purchases on GoRusticx.com instead.

When will I be refunded?

Reverse Pickup Orders:

As soon as the item is picked up by our courier team, we will initiate the fund transfer. In the case of Cash On Delivery Orders, we will refund your amount once the item is picked up by our courier partners.

Self-Shipped Orders:

For the Self-Shipped orders, we will refund your amount once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or once the online tracking confirms the delivery to the seller’s address. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, one can return products at item level. However, if you have ordered multiple quantities of the same item, you cannot apply for a partial return.

What items are not returnable?

Items falling under following categories CANNOT be returned

  • Consumables like food & beverages, bath & beauty products etc.
  • Large Items like statues, furniture items, wall paintings etc.

What are the shipping charges?

Most of the products you purchase on GorRusticx will be shipped to you free of cost. However some products may be charged for delivery depending on the nature of the product and the location of delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

GoRusticx will deliver the products within 7 working days from the date you place the order.

How will the delivery be done?

GoRusticx has its own delivery network to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by us.

Does GoRusticx deliver internationally?

At present, no. But providing these products in the international market lies ahead in our pipeline. We are in the process of partnering with some of the leading logistics companies to make this happen.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All GoRusticx items are couriered with a Tracking ID for your order. You can track your order by login into your GoRusticx account and selecting the desired order.

We will also email you the tracking details after your order is dispatched

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

The Cash-On-Delivery service depends on the location of delivery. Our delivery network has set limits. Please enter the pin code of your location on the product page to verify the availability of COD service.

Cash on Delivery (COD) service is an alternate method for making payments for products. When you choose COD mode of payment, you pay for the product purchased from GoRusticx at the time of the actual delivery, instead of paying in advance. Please note that our courier agent will hand you the product only once the payment is made. You are requested not to open the parcel before making the payment. Are there any charges for a COD purchase?

Extra charges may be applicable on COD orders, which will be duly communicated to you while pacing the order. Please note that COD will not be applicable on products that cost more than Rs.5000.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check the status of your order at any time with the help of the Order Number. You just have to log on to your account in GoRusticx, click on the “My Orders” tab and click on the order number you want to check the status for.

What do the different order status mean?

  • Processing: Your order has been placed and is being processed.
  • Accepted by Seller: The supplier has accepted your order
  • Packing Order: Your order is getting ready to be shipped.
  • In Transit: Your order is being shipped to you and in transit.
  • Delivered: Once the order is delivered to your address, your order status will show this message.
  • Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any given time. Log on to GoRusticx and go to ‘My Accounts’ section. In the “My Account page”, click on the 'My Orders', select the order number you want to cancel and click on “Cancel Order”.

What happens to the order in case of payment failure?

If your payment fails midway while placing an order, you can go back to your account and re-order the products from the list of “Pending Orders”. Please note that the payment link generated to re-order those products is valid only for 3 days as per our payment gateway’s guidelines.
